Liz Chier (owner and instructor) is a teacher with 20 years of Pilates and personal training experience. Liz, who is originally from Adrian, Michigan, began her career at Michigan State University, where she earned a B.A. in kinesiology before moving to Chicago.

Liz’s movement philosophy — Mobility, Strength, and Play — stems from her study of the mechanics of body movements and the lessons she learned from Pilates educators and mentors she worked with throughout the years.
